Occasional showers move through the Fredericksburg Region on Friday, clearing in the evening, and yielding a dry and seasonable weekend.
Both afternoons this weekend will be in the 70s, but with a cool breeze on Saturday, it may feel chilly in the shade. Soaking rain is expected next week, most likely between Tuesday and Wednesday, with more than an inch likely. Then, afternoons surge into the 80s for the second half of next week. Normal temperatures next week:
Highs: Mid 70s
Lows: Low 50s
