This is what 15,000 meals look like. Thanks to the work of the Natonal Association of Letter Carriers the Stamp Out Hunger food drive took place on Saturday.
The Fredericksburg Regional Food Bank says in a Facebook post:
We are thankful to the carriers for picking up donated food while on their delivery routes, and to the community members who shared those food resources to support those facing hunger. Those combined efforts generated enough food for 14,970 meals!
We are proud to be serving in a community that unites to seek solutions to its challenges!
