The former Ambassador to Kosovo spoke in Fredericksburg about the massacre he observed in Recak in 1999. William Walker is a hero to Kosovo survivor and Fredericksburg business owner Anita Crossfield. She and her young daughter were forced to flee the country.
Standing room only at the Fredericksburg Visitor Center for the talk. Many with ties to Kosovo. Many area residents also came to hear.
