At Monday’s Spotsylvania School Board meeting, Vice Chair Belen Rodas welcomed new and returning staff, thanking them for choosing the division.
“Right now you can work in whatever school division you want,” Rodas said. “Thank you for wanting to be part of what we’re trying to build here and rebuild here.”
Superintendent Dr. Clint Mitchell announced he will visit every school in the division by Friday, spending more time at each location than last year, when he made brief stops at all schools on the first day.
