Community came together this weekend to restock Treasure House in Spotsylvania. Spotsylvania Schools social workers organized and collected supplies to fill Treasure House, which provides essentials for students and families in need.
The Rock Out, Knock Out Homelessness drive gathered donations Friday afternoon and most of Saturday at the Southpoint Walmart. By Saturday night, a truck loaded with those collections was delivered to Treasure House at Massaponax High School. The faces in these efforts belong to school social workers and student volunteers, working side by side to make a difference.
The needs for Treasure House continue. You can drop off donations with social workers at any of the schools.
