FailSafe-ERA hosted its annual Christmas Holiday Shoppe Wednesday night at the Fredericksburg Convention Center, serving 60 families impacted by the incarceration of a loved one.
Executive Director Juanita Shanks said the event, held in partnership with Community Threads and several local churches, allowed families to shop at no cost while also receiving meals, school supplies, and free clothing and accessories.
The program is designed to ease financial strain during the holidays while providing practical support and dignity to families facing ongoing challenges.
