Fredericksburg, Virginia – Central Rappahannock Regional Library has launched a new version of its website, Librarypoint.org, designed to streamline virtual library visits while still enabling discovery of the library’s events, services, and collection.

The updated Librarypoint.org offers many new features, such as online registration for some events, “Suggest a Purchase” functionality that includes notifications if the library will purchase the suggestion, expanded search options, a zip code branch locator, and much more. The entire website is usable from any size screen.

The new website is built on software created by BiblioCommons, a company that specializes in working with public libraries worldwide. They have leveraged their knowledge of libraries and online innovations to create a platform that better serves library customers’ needs.
