The National Weather Service says wind chills for many will be in the teens, with highs barely above freezing and winds gusting over 30 mph.

That total is down from a peak of more than 98,000 outages reported on Monday afternoon.

REC says many of the remaining outages are requiring at least several hours’ worth of repairs.
