Police say the incident happened in the parking lot of the 190 Garrisonville Road McDonalds about 9:09 on Saturday night.
The suspect is currently charged with felony eluding, assault on a law enforcement officer, felony hit and run, grand larceny, reckless driving, traffic light violations and passing on the double yellow.
