The John J. Wright Educational & Cultural Museum will host a “Back in the Day” All‑Adult Prom on Saturday, March 28, 2026, from 6:00–10:00 p.m. at 7565 Courthouse Rd., Spotsylvania Courthouse, VA. The evening includes music by the Real Deal Band, food, door prizes, and dancing. Semi‑formal attire is required—come ready to relive your high school prom.

The museum is dedicated to sharing the historical story of African American contributions to Spotsylvania County. It is a nonprofit organization that is free and open to the public.  All special events, tours, and programming provide visitors with options of supporting the museum’s mission by membership, donations, or contributions.
