Join Day on Democracy at the University of Mary Washington as we celebrate Women’s History Month through our second annual Women in Politics panel. All are welcome to attend this free educational event!

This year, we will have prominent women in the political sphere from Fredericksburg, Stafford, and Spotsylvania, including Fredericksburg’s mayor, Kerry P. Devine, and Monica Gary, Stafford Country Supervisor. We will be asking them about their experiences as a woman in politics, the challenges that they have faced, and the advice they have for future leaders.
