A bleeding injury can happen anywhere. We’ve all seen it happen too often—on the news or in everyday life. Life-threatening bleeding can happen to people injured in serious accidents or disasters. Instead of being a witness, you can become an immediate responder because you know how to STOP THE BLEED®.

Fredericksburg Rescue Squad is hosting an all-day event teaching the Stop The Bleed course to citizens of the Fredericksburg area You will learn life-saving skills such as: Direct pressure, wound packing, and tourniquet usage.   No prior medical training is needed!  All are welcome!

Classes are 90 minutes and you can drop by any time.  No need to register ahead of time.   Class times: 8:00. 9:30. 11:00, 12:30, 2:00

HOW: In-person, instructor-led course. The typical length of each course is 90 minutes, but we can do a quick “down and dirty” course if requested.
