Besides traditional Holiday music we’re bringing back Broadway star Morgan James, to sing material from her album “A Very Magnetic Christmas. The Chamber Chorale of Fredericksburg, john Lee and Zack smith will also be featured.

This year, we’re bringing back one of our most popular artists, Broadway legend Morgan James, to sing cuts from her album “A Very Magnetic Christmas.” Morgan is in great demand as a symphony pops soloist and has toured throughout the world. In the theater, she has appeared in five original Broadway casts.

Along with guests The Chamber Chorale of Fredericksburg, rock guitarist John Lee and our Principal Horn Damien Bollino, there is no better way to experience the joy of the season. And just wait for the finale– another rockin’ world premiere from FSO’s own Zack Smith!

The ArtsLIVE! Young Artist Competition (YAC) is held annually to celebrate young talent in the Fredericksburg region. This juried competition for aspiring students of classical instruments, piano and voice provides them an opportunity to display their skill and be rewarded for it. Applicants will compete performing on classic instruments to include piano, voice, band and orchestral instruments. There will be three overall winners who will be awarded a first prize of $1,000, a second prize of $500, and a third prize of $300. Winners are also invited to perform in a pre-concert program at our annual Chamber Music Festival, as well as future events sponsored by ArtsLIVE! The YAC Finals Concert welcomes the general public and is free to attend. Applications are due by December 19, 2025. Auditions will be held January 22 and 23, 2026. Stafford County Lions Club invites families for “Cookies and Cocoa with Santa”

December 20, 2025, from 1 pm to 4 pm, at St. Peter’s Lutheran Church, 1201 Courthouse Road, Stafford, VA.

Join the fun meeting Santa and Mrs. Claus, making festive decorations, visiting Santa’s Children’s Shop, and snacking on holiday treats while listening to seasonal stories.

$10 per family donation requested.

The Fall Safety Class is an 8 week course that will meet Fridays 10am-11am, starting January 9th, 2026. During these 8 weeks, our trained instructors will share the Kupuna Method to help seniors improve balance, reduce instances of falls, and reduce the impact of falls.
