CRRL-Con, Central Rappahannock Regional Library’s comic convention, returns to Howell Branch (formerly England Run) for the fourth year on Saturday, May 19, 1:00-4:00 p.m.
On Thursday, May 17, the University of Mary Washington will conduct testing of the Area Warning System on the Fredericksburg campus. Tests will begin at 2 p.m. and continue throughout the afternoon to assess the performance of the upgraded system.
