PHOTOS: The U-S Fish and Wildlife Service and the Conservation Fund gathered in Richmond County to celebrate the preservation of 252 acres at Fones Cliffs. The Rappahannock River Valley Wildlife Refuge isn’t open yet. Officials say road work and fencing near the cliffs still must be completed.

The Fredericksburg Clean and Green Commission and the R-Board are coordinating a time to clean up cigarette butts around the city.
