Fredericksburg Clean and Green Commission to recognize city businesses for environmental sustainability
The Commission’s Sustainability Award will be issued annually to any Fredericksburg City business, both restaurant and nonrestaurant businesses, that meet a minimum set of criteria.

Rappahannock Electric Cooperative awards $5,000 Grant to Tree Fredericksburg
The grant will fund the planting of 50 trees along the streets of the city using small
appropriate tree species for under power lines.
