Micah Ecumenical Ministries in downtown Fredericksburg will mark All Saints’ Day on Tuesday with a program to remember those who have passed away in the past year in the Micah community.

Micah’s annual remembrance of neighbors who passed away during the year will be November 1–All Saint’s Day.
