DUI driver arrested after seen drinking behind the wheel
This was one of three DUI arrests that Stafford Deputy Jett made over the Easter weekend.
The suspect was charged with assault on law enforcement and burning of an occupied dwelling. He was held without bond at Rappahannock Regional Jail.
On April 1st at 6:37 p.m. the Emergency Communications Center began receiving calls about a red Camaro with temporary registration driving recklessly in the Courthouse Road area.

The teenage suspect is charged with two counts of aggravated malicious wounding and is being held at the Rappahannock Juvenile Center.

Accident at the intersection of Brent Point Road and Arkendale Road. A car stalled on the tracks and was struck by a train. The occupants were not in the car and there are no reported injuries.
