The Caroline County School Board voted 3-2 Monday night to require masks for all Pre-Kindergarten through fifth grade students, staff and visitors, regardless of vaccination status, when inside Caroline elementary buildings.
Enrolled students will be provided a nutritious meal for breakfast and lunch each day at no charge to the household.
