Fredericksburg Area Closures, Delays for March 17

St. Patrick’s Day is white this year in the Fredericksburg area. The following are closed or delayed on Monday, March 17, 2014.
All branches of the Central Rappahannock Regional Library are closed. Online services are available.
Fredericksburg Food Drive Benefits Homeless Youth in Region
Collaboration between several local organizations provided more than 900 grocery bags of food to Fredericksburg area homeless youth for Spring break.
The Center for Faith and Leadership at the University of Mary Washington and U4C Victory Ministry coordinated the food drive, with distribution assistance from the Stafford County and Spotsylvania County Public Schools McKinney-Vento program social workers and Fredericksburg Public Schools social workers.
Fredericksburg Area Schools Announce Delays for March 18

Fredericksburg City and Spotsylvania and Stafford County Public Schools will all open two hours late on Tuesday, March 18, due to the snow.
There will be no morning preschool classes in Stafford County.
Fredericksburg 12-month staff are on code green. Spotsylvania County 12-month staff should report to work on time.
