Small Business Saturday in Downtown Fredericksburg

Fredericksburg Main Street has coordinated Small Business Saturday in downtown Fredericksburg, with specials beginning at 8 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 26, 2016.

View a complete list of the specials being offered by more than 45 downtown shops online at Small Business Saturday in Downtown Fredericksburg, or pick up a paper copy at the Visitor Center, 706 Caroline St., in front of Raven Hi Fi, 214 William St., and in front of The Galleria, 907 Caroline St.

The day has been divided into categories:

– Early Bird Specials, 8 – 11 a.m.

– Refuel Specials, 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.

– Enjoy and Relax Specials, 2 – 5 p.m.

– Dine Specials, 5 p.m. – Closing

The Civil War Civilians of Spotsylvania will be strolling from 11 a.m. through 3 p.m.

Santa will be strolling the downtown streets from 11:45 a.m. through 3:45 p.m.

Girl Scout Troop 3786 will be providing free gift wrapping from 12 – 4 p.m. at the William Street entrance of the Fredericksburg Area Museum and Cultural Center.

The annual Children’s Tree Lighting will be held from 4:30 to 6 p.m. in Hurkamp Park, 500 William St.

Holiday season extended parking is in effect through January 31, 2017. Four-hour parking is allowed 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. in spaces marked for two hours.

The businesses of upper William Street are also having Small Business Saturday specials. The first 10 customers to spend $50 or more at The Silver Stag-Vintage Revival House, 807 William St, will received a swag bag filled with gifts, including candles, potpourri, and a coupon for a Sugar Shack donut.
