NNEC is pleased to announce the return of Kyle Allwine to the cooperative as the Manager of Public Relations, effective January 2.
Allwine, who previously served at NNEC, is returning after a successful tenure as the Director of Economic Development for Stafford County, where he led the county’s business attraction, retention, and expansion efforts.
“We are thrilled to welcome Kyle Allwine back to Northern Neck Electric Cooperative,” said Glenn Purcell, vice president of technology & services at NNEC. “His dedication to community engagement and impactful initiatives during his previous service with us has left a lasting positive impact.
