WATCH: Warner backs bill to restore federal union protections

Virginia Senator is sponsoring the Protect America’s Workforce Act, legislation to undo former President Donald Trump’s executive orders that removed union representation from most federal employees. Warner said federal workers have been “undercut and undermined.” He says that while unions cannot strike or negotiate pay and benefits, they help prevent discrimination, unlawful firings, and retaliation against whistleblowers.
