Visitors from across Virginia came to Fredericksburg Tuesday as the Rappahannock Valley Garden Club hosted Historic Garden Week in the Rising Sun neighborhood along Upper Caroline Street.
The annual tour opened private homes and gardens, showcasing the city’s history, architecture, and spring color. Susan Moss served as chair, with Karli Murray as co-chair.
