Interim Fire Chief Jason Irby marked the opening of Spotsylvania Fire, Rescue & Emergency Management’s new Station 3 on Wallers Road in Partlow Saturday. Instead of a traditional ribbon cutting, personnel uncoupled two sections of fire hose to officially dedicate the new station.
