Volunteers with SAWs (Servants at Work) Virginia are buidling ramps for those that cannot afford one in the Fredericksburg area. We watched the process taking place in Caroline County.
SAWs-Virginia. (Servants at Work)–Building a ramp last weekend at the home of an 80-year old disabled veteran in Ruther Glen. Volunteers build ramps for people of all ages who cannot afford one.
