After hearing about two hours of public comment, Fredericksburg City Council unanimously approved amendments to the unified development ordinance that increase density in some zoning districts.
Fredericksburg City Council heard about two hours of comments against changes that those in opposition say will increase density in parts of the city. In the end, Council voted to make the changes. Here is some of the public comment.
