Fredericksburg Area Cancellations and Delays March 6

Central Rappahannock Regional Library branches in Fredericksburg, Spotsylvania and Stafford will open at noon. Westmoreland branches will remain closed Friday.

Fredericksburg Parks and Recreation Children’s Art Show deadline is extended through 8:30 p.m. Monday, March 9. All items need to be brought to the Dorothy Hart Community Center, 408 Canal St.,

Fredericksburg Parks and Recreation programs are cancelled March 6.

Fredericksburg trash and recycling service are cancelled today. They will resume on the next regular pick up day.

FRED transit is closed. No bus service March 6.

Fredericksburg area cancellations and delays for Friday, March 6, 2015.

Caroline County Public Schools (Virginia) will be closed on Friday, March 6, 2015, for students and staff. Twelve-month employees are on code Orange.

Fredericksburg City Public Schools will be closed Friday, March 6, 2015. Code Red 12-month employees.

Fredericksburg First Friday Art Walk is postponed until Friday, March 13.

FredXchange Open Coffee is cancelled March 6.

Germanna Community College will be closed Friday, March 6.

King George County Schools will be closed Friday, March 6th, 2015. Code 1 for 12 month employees.

Spotsylvania County Public Schools will be closed on Friday, March 6, 2015. Twelve-month employees are Code 1 as safety permits.

Stafford County Schools are closed on Friday, March 6, 2015. All school and non-school activities, day and evening, are canceled. This includes the DARE Basketball Game. Employees are Code 2. Offices will open at 10 a.m. Liberal leave is in effect. A reassessment for employees reporting will be made by 8 a.m. and communicated to staff via email.

University of Mary Washington is closed March 6.
