Motorists may experience brief evening delays on Route 17 southbound in Stafford County on Wednesday, Dec. 9, 2015.
All southbound traffic will be stopped at 10 p.m. for an estimated 15 minutes between Powell Lane and the entrance to the Park & Ride lot so that crews can install an overhead sign.
