The Virginia State Police is requesting the public’s assistance with information following a fatal crash early Friday on Interstate 95 in Spotsylvania County.
The preliminary investigation indicates that a dark-colored Honda Civic was traveling northbound on I-95 at a possible high rate of speed when it went off the road and overturned in the median about 4:08 a.m., authorities said.
The driver, a 26-year-old man, died of his injuries at the 117-mile marker.
