Other Chick-fil-A locations in the area, especially in Spotsylvania Towne Centre and Central Park Fredericksburg, had increased business while the Plank Road location was closed. Fans reported long lines in the restaurants and drive-thrus.
Within hours of reopening, the Plank Road location was bustling.
