If you’ve been waiting for a special occasion to explore the robust and diverse mix of downtown Culpeper restaurants, you now have one: Culpeper Renaissance’s 9th Annual Fall Restaurant Week. The event encourages diners to break out of typical work-week patterns and share a meal with family and friends at nine different downtown restaurants. It’s a great excuse to revisit old favorites or try something new.

$30 per person includes a 3-course dinner of appetizer, entree, and dessert.

Johnny Eager, a parolee who is pretending to go straight as a cab driver but is still connected to the mob. Through his parole officer, Eager meets sociology student Lisbeth Bard, who as it turns out, is the stepdaughter of the District Attorney responsible for sending him to the prison. While Lisbeth falls for Eager, the DA is on to his latest crime scheme.

The Culpeper Air Fest Foundation is pleased to present the Culpeper Air Fest 2017, featuring the world’s only privately owned Harrier, aerobatic aircraft and vintage warbirds. This year we will also be having Pyrptechnics.



Oktoberfest at Old Trade Brwery

Join us for a candlelight tour of Fairview Cemetery. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, Fairview cemetery dates back to 1855. Also known as Citizens’ Cemetery and Antioch Cemetery, Fairview Cemetery includes a contributing mid-19th-century municipal cemetery, an early-20th-century African-American cemetery, a monument to Confederate dead (1881), an enclosure wall, and a caretaker’s lodge. Come listen to the stories of Culpeper’s most notable and oldest burials.
