The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) says range testing is scheduled for Nov. 4–7 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. each day. The testing may create very loud noise in areas surrounding Naval Support Facility Dahlgren.
Access to the Potomac River Middle Danger Zone will be restricted during testing, in accordance with federal regulations. Range schedules can change frequently, and residents can get daily updates by calling the NSWCDD Range and Weapons Testing hotline at (877) 845-5656 or by visiting the Potomac River Test Range website.
