The Fredericksburg Host Lions Club met a delivery truck early Saturday morning at Greenbriar Shopping Center, as nearly 500 Christmas trees arrived from Western Virginia. Volunteers began unloading at 7 a.m., kicking off the club’s annual tree sale on Route 3. Sales will continue daily until the lot is sold out.
Tree Sale Hours
Sunday: 10 a.m.–7 p.m.
Monday–Friday: 4 p.m.–7 p.m.
Saturday: 9 a.m.–7 p.m.
Dec. 10: Closed
Every tree purchased supports Fredericksburg Host Lions Club service projects, including vision and hearing screenings, glasses and hearing aids, school supplies and scholarships, pediatric cancer support, youth services and more.
