Spotsylvania Fire Chief Jay Cullinan has officially been sworn in as President of the Southeastern Association of Fire Chiefs (SEAFC), a division of the International Association of Fire Chiefs (IAFC).
The SEAFC represents fire service leaders across ten southeastern states, as well as Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. The organization is dedicated to advancing the fire and emergency services through education, collaboration, advocacy, and the sharing of best practices.
In his new role, Chief Cullinan will lead the SEAFC’s strategic efforts to support fire and emergency professionals, encourage innovation, and strengthen regional partnerships that enhance public safety throughout the Southeast.
