St. Patrick's Day drinks don't have to be green, like this Irish Margarita from Colonial Tavern. (All photos by Jeff Kearney)
Colonial Tavern bar manager Leanna Paolucci whipped up four cocktails to honor Irish culture this St. Patrick’s Day. There’s no green beer or coffee featured here. Instead she suggests these alternatives.

The Feisty Leprechaun is made with vodka, peach schnapps, blue curacao and orange juice. Garnish with a cherry.

The Shae Breeze uses coconut rum, pineapple juice, black raspberry liquer. Add a cherry on top.

The Irish Redhead is Tullamore Dew Irish whiskey, lemon-lime soda, and grenadine. A cherry tops it off.

The Irish Margarita also uses Tullamore Dew whiskey, triple sec, lime juice and strawberry puree. Garnish with a lime wedge.
