You can leave non-perishable food donations by your mailbox, and local postal workers will collect the items along their regular delivery routes. The food is then brought back to area post offices and delivered to the Fredericksburg Regional Food Bank, where it helps stock shelves for families across the region.
This is a reminder of just how much local letter carriers do beyond delivering the mail — spending part of their day helping collect thousands of pounds of food for neighbors in need. THANK-YOU!
